Upon the receive of the of the package, you have to check the products for possible mistakes in your order or for fault in the products.
You have the right to return/change all the order or some part of it within 15 days from the day of the delivery.
In case of our own fault, contact us within 5 days from the day of the delivery and the shipping charges but also the new shipping cost for another product are covered by us.
REFUND IS NOT POSSIBLE!
If you wish to make any change for any reason, in addition to the above, you send us back the product at your own expense and we cover the cost of the new shipment.
You can change the product with any you want (in case of stock depletion).
Necessary preconditions is the return of the product using its original packaging, including all the boxes, tags, the retail receipt and its wrappers.
No change or return request will be accepted if the product has been used after opening or is damaged.
